Wi-Fi not working

Hello , my sky wifi isn't working keeps flashing orange u have reset and unplugged loads of times still no luck , I have a satellite dish which is damaged outside could that be the case?

No: a satellite dish doesn't have any association with broadband from Sky.

 

Internet by satellite is a thing, but Sky is not a satellite ISP.

@Jane101  First of all your broadband does not come through the dish.  Can you run the broadband test please to see if it can find the issue with your broadband using the link below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
