Boardband connection

Few?weeks ago we had a engineer out to upgrade our boardband to fibre 100. Who also move our new hub into different room. Since then we are having connection issues on sky Q box connection with tv apps and also issues connecting to mini box . I dont know if we require someone out or a sky booster box . What is the broadband signal like in the room that has the main Sky Q box and also the one that has the mini box in it ?
