Hello, I'm requesting a router replacement. I've had this one for a few years now and I'm constantly having signal problems.

You can't arrange a replacement on here. You'd need to contact Sky. Please explain what issue you're having and someone here may be able to help.

Routers are designed to last a reasonable length of time.  The Sky Broadband Hub was released in 2019 and is still standard hardware for existing customers who don't choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

Realistically, 'signal problems' are often because domestic frequencies are now extremely crowded.
