@oldfella will sky be able to send a replacement or do I have to source it myself? Why can't things just be straightforward 🙈

Hi @Em19 

You may have missed the edit in my last post.

It's obviously not a Sky router and so Sky cannot help.

You need to contact your broadband supplier to see if they can help.

 

Either with a power supply or new router complete with power supply

@oldfella sorry yes did miss the edit. Sky is actually our broadband provider so I will contact them tomorrow. Thanks for your help

That power cable is for the Sky Q Broadband Router, not the Sky Q TV box, easily mistaken because of Sky's wonderful naming system. 

@Em19 If you havent already contacted Sky I would do so as its the easiest way to get a replacement router/lead, many of the 3rd party leads dont work.
