Hi ive recently changed my broadband to another company due the internet connection being extremely unreliable. My bill has come and been charged up until end of july which i dont understand as i no longer have it with sky anymore?

Find out moreDid you cancel with Sky or did you sign up to another company that is also on the Openreach network, if the later then it could be that as bills are created 14 days before the payment date this could be why you have billed so now you have left once the bill has been paid you should see a credit on the account that can be refunded and help to speed this up for you can be arranged via here, so when you see a credit then post back here if you would like Sky's messaging team to get in touch so they can refund it for you.
