Bill

I was told I can go on sky broadband basics , to bring my bill down , I cannot afford what I'm currently paying . It says I have to already be a broadband customer but I've called today and never experienced anything like it , I had to disconnect from the call as the telephone sales lady did not understand a word I was saying , I'm not racist but would really like some help from sky 

 

they said today that I cannot change to this and if I did they need £50

@Traceyjane1972 Sky have a "social tariff" for Broadband for people who receive certain benefits see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff if you qualify you will have to call to get your service switched. Calls to 150 on a Sky Talk line are free.
