Bill has increased too much

My broadband has increased too much and I would like to chat with someone to possibly cancel or change subscription

You would need to speak to the billing team. Its best to call Sky for this.

@CG90 Sky will contact you in the next few weeks to  give you 4cweeks norice of the price increase during which you  can switch your isp without penalty so waiting for that. and then shopping around may get you a better deal either from Sky or a new isp.
