Broadband

Can anyone help please?
Our broadband has been down (again) all day today, came back at 1pm for about 45 minutes and hasn't worked since. Unfortunately we have Sky Glass so we can't watch the tele either.
I work from home full time so not been able to work today, looked on the test your connection, which only suggests turning the router on and off.... and an engineer can't come until Thursday. I can't go 4/5 days without working - that just isn't acceptable.

(we had an issue about 7 months ago similar to this, Sky said the router was broke and that an engineer would come). Didn't turn up on two occasions and then when they did they said no issues. (We were meant to be compensated but this never happened)

We've had countless issues with sky and the broadband specifically since we moved to them. Broadband light is flashing amber.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Hi @Rebecca123stoke

If your connection is down and the online check if offering an engineer visit then I am afraid this is the best your going to get. Sky Broadband nor any domestic ISP is a 24/7 service. The standard SLA for a fault fix is 2 working days but this depends on engineer availability in your area and how serious the fault may be.

Have you checked all cables are securely connected to the hub and ONT if you have one?
