Sorry not sure if this needs to go on a seperate thread. But how long should it take for my Netflix package to change to the premium (UHD) after i've set my new UHD box up please?

Should really be under the Sky Q section.

However, my Netflix upgrade happened almost immediately.

What does your Netflix account show when you login via the web?

That would make sense..

 

But, still showing as the standard account. UHD available on my Q box (boxsets etc).

 

Maybe worth a call noting I was told it should happen almost instantly.

And your Neflix account mentions that it's linked to your Sky account?

If so, yes a call to Sky - hopefully they won't just pass you on the Netflix!
