.Before we leave

We are due to leave your service at the end of the month.

I'm just shopping around now for the best deal we can get.

Please may I ask, what is the very best deal you can give us to stay? Ideally without a landline & line rental costs. 
Is this something you can offer us?

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.

 

You will need to speak to Sky to see what they will offer if you agree to a new 18 month discounted deal.

@Jane2024 broadband contracts al now contain the line rental element and the only charge for the voice line is for calls made.
