If you would like help from forum members we need more information like are other devices connecting properly or are all devices not working. If the internet light on your hub is amber its a line issue quickest thing is to useca mobile connection to run the connection test in the My Sky app which will tell you about known faults if thst is clear the call Sky to report the fault.
