Bad wifi - just useless

Hi, on second router, have wired my Sky q and mini, but still getting shocking wifi across the house. Devices dropping out, other devices wont auto connect, the router seems like it just cannot cope with basic services netflix /disney circle of doom. Wifi turned off on the SkyQ/Mini.   The Sky Q and Sky Mini take up what appears to be 6IP addresses internally within the Router which seems odd all Wired only connections. 

How do I get out of the contract without penalties given how bad the router is, from 2m cannot even maintain a stable connection, any suggestions given the huge volume of similar complaints on this community?

the latest white version connected to a fibre 300 connection
