Bad speed for days

Usual speed is 69 to 75, last 2 days it has been 1 or 0.4. Can't watch anything, use WiFi. Have followed all the reset steps on wifi and sky box and no better... phone calls to complain will be made if this persists

Follow Daniels's link above but for future reference if there's a fault somewhere then Sky and probably Openreach need to be made aware of it, especially if it's for an individual property. So any further issues, use the same link at first chance.
