Bad service

Link keeps dropping and you have to wait till it is restored. This is bad service so pls resolve this

What link keeps dropping, do you mean you broadband line keep losing a connection ?

Your service is not stale. Keeps freezing when browsing and say 'wait'. This goes on always always

I have just said it again. Broadband is not stable. goes off and on at will.

@Samuel62 unfortunately faults can drvelop on the line cinnecting you to the exchange due to numerous reasons including bad weather so it isnt necessarily "bad service" as simply life.

 

If you call Sky they maybe able to get Openreach to check the line but given there are automatic systems that can stabilise the connection often Openreach who owns the line leave those to do their work only intervening when they fail.
