Bad service from sky
I call on Saturday about my broadband and told the woman on the other end of the That my internet was slow and I had done the tests .it was only 16.2mb speed she said there is nothing we can you this end but you can cancel your contract it you want and put the phone down and yes it was sky because she sent a link to cancel the contract. I have made a complaint about it. She didn't even try ,

@cliff2162 if you post your stats forum members maybe able to advise. Sky will listen to the call before answering your complaint so will know excatly what was said see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I know they will listen because I had trouble with the two years ago and they ended up giving me my full service for six months for £12 per month all because of the sales staff . Then they tried to get out of what they said until I took it to the ombersman .

Unfortunately that's not necessarily the case now: it appears Openreach is increasingly unwilling to allocate resources to remedy copper line issues.

I know it shouldn't be the case but that is what she said on Saturday . It's sounds like she didn't want to help . She said you will get a refund and you can cancel your contact and find someone else with doing anything to help. I think she should be sacked for not trying to help people . That's her job and if she can't do it don't bother turning up .
