Bad connectivity

We had a technician come and he ran an outside test on Saturday witch got the internet up and running again but since this morning our connection keeps dropping, not loading videos , it's for a few minutes at a time but is happening every 10 to 20 minutes keep getting kicked out of games on the Xbox and not being able to load a page or apps on my phone , not able to stream TV either

You'll need to report this and book another visit: unfortunately that's now unlikely to happen this side of the holiday period.
