Bad connection

My wifi keep disconnecting up strias from my phone and console and when it does connect it's only doing 100mbp when my minium is 700

No ISP guarantees anything like that kind of speed to wireless devices: in many cases it's unachievable even in close proximity (and entirely impossible on the other side of a few walls)

 

The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed applies to speed delivered over the optical cable as far as the router.  If you opted for the Sky WiFi Max add-on, the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' specifies a rather unambitious 35Mbs as a target for wireless coverage throughout the property.
