Bad connection

I am trying to teach online using zoom but the connection is always weak and I nearly always lose connection or freeze during my lessons.  On Wednesday I had to cut my lesson short because I kept freezing and it was impossible to teach.! I really need to be able to use this one thing and I am gutted that it is so unreliable.  I also find that the speed is rubbish when watching Netflix and Disney and I actually had the coloured circle appear which I've not seen for years using the internet.

Is this on normal domestic Sky broadband ?

The above suggests you are using domestic broadband to help run a business which as outlined in the T's and C's is not permitted.
