Bad connection issues upstairs
The connection issues upstairs since changing to fibre are not good and keeps cutting off. This is where I complete my work ( I work for the nhs so need internet access ) my sons do their homework and use their devices. Their phones ( that are also with sky ) in particular keep going off WiFi. We have not long had fibre so I don't understand why this is happening

Re: Bad connection issues upstairs
You can call sky and ask for a booster to help with the wifi signal

Re: Bad connection issues upstairs
@Lauren228 If it all worked before, you had the same hub, they came and installed your Fibre connection, then DID your hub move from A to B, and if so by how much? Sticking it next to an outside wall, and not in a central position completely changes the dynamic of the wireless wi-fi signal! Also say if you reply did you change the sky hub ie, from the Black to the White?

Re: Bad connection issues upstairs
If you have full fibre broadband to the property and you want to move the hub you will need to buy a longer ethernet cable, is your broadband box like this
