Unable to Use Mobile Apps through Sky WIFI

Since I had my Sky installed I have not been able to use some Apps through Sky wifi, including ironically SKY plus. I have spent around 4 hours in calls in a number if occasions and had 3 new routers sent. The last conversation said it was due to my hub not picking up IPV6 address. Essentualy the hub has not onboarded. There was maintenance at my local exchange and SKY suggested to turn router and open reach box off for one hour to see if that has taken effect. I have tried and still no progress. I'm not sure how many tries I should be doing as it's hard to get opportunities to shut down. anyone else having this issue in Morpeth area?

@woody68 Have you looked at the Broadband shield settings in your account products?

Yes, I have in fact deactivated the shield. Thanks
