Bad Wifi

My wifi is bad for days. My contract states it is 56mps and that minimum download should be 45mps. All lights on hub are green. Tested 100th times and the most I can get is 16.8mps.. Keeps saying it is bad connection. Reconnected everything and it is still the same.. Hub I have is, model: SR203 Any ideas how to fix this? Many thanks!

Those speeds are as delivered to the Hub over copper cable, not wirelessly from it.

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls or over some tens of metres of clear air.

Re: Bad Wifi

Hi,

Many thanks for your reply.

You're  right. I actually have poor speed to my hub, which is 16.8.

That is the main problem for having bad internet.
