Bad WiFi

WiFi drops out every 10 mins without fail

@Emma431 New install, had it a long time, fault has just started. You little decription gives nothing to work on, and with the Forum you are not talking to sky, just user's like yourself. If you want/need sky help then call them!

@Emma431  You mean your broadband keeps dropping out. Have you ran the service checker and broadband test to see if it can pick up any faults? What colour of router do you have from Sky? Black or white?

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
