Bad WiFi

Since switching to sky my connections are really bad compared to our old Vodafone broadband. Every webpage or email takes several seconds to load and if I switch WiFi off, 2 bars of 4g gives me instant web browsing again. Really frustrating.

@any+name+at+all if you are in the first 31 days of your new service you can cancel without penalty if you want.  Normally the WiFi performance of the free hubs each ISP supplies are much the ssme somits not clear if tge Sky hub is in the same position as the Vodaphone unit why its wifi performance is so much worse. It is worth talking to Sky to see what they can do.
