Router broken no lights
Please help, our router has stopped working. No lights, no wifi. We had an engineer here on Tuesday as the Sky box had stopped working and he replaced all our boxes. Now this. I work from home and cant without internet and we also have no phone signal without wifi. Help!

@sonic171 assuming it isnt something srupid like the mains power not being connected you need the hub swapped out therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@Mahreen you cannot report a fault to Sky by posting in the forum. You will need to call them although it is worth running the connection test in the My Sky app first as that will tell you if Sky are aware of a faulr affecting your line.
