Please help, my WiFi is connected but is saying bad signal and just keeps connecting and disconnecting on my phone. I've recently moved house so wondering if it's to do with this.

It's entirely possible (and indeed quite likely) that a new property has very different characteristics regarding wireless propagation and local interference sources.
