Bad WIFi connection to Sky Servers

I received a call out of the blue from Sky to say that I had a Sky Wi-Fi broadband issue and wanted to help me sort it. I was worried it was a scam so ended the call, albeit we do have a broadband issue which I have reported several times, but to no avail.

can you please help rectify this issue !

@ChrisShannon while Sky do occasionally make out going saless calls they dont ring people up about technical issues so it was almodt certainly a scam.
