Hi. I'm losing Internet connection on my smart TV (red button and recorded programmes unavailable) and also wifi connection to my phone. This mainly happens when another tv is on (or x box etc).All the online tests show there isn't a problem. We have the sky superfast broadband service...but its becoming very annoying.
