No internet but Sky service check says all is ok.

so this morning I did a service check as I had no internet, said there was an issue, took me through all the steps switching everything off and on and checking wires. Now it says all is well but I still don't have internet.

@Deklan  While in the service checker did you click on broadband to enable it to run an updated broadband test?

Yeah I did that, had the wee white box off and on (all three lights on) and the router off and on too. Service check first said there was an issue but now it says no issue and I'm connected. But I'm not. Internet light is off.
