My WiFi is not working and I have to work from
home.
I have tested it on my sky app and there are no issues. I can't even find it on my phone anymore as it's disappeared. The white light is on

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anya9 several similar reports which appear to be sorted by factory resetting the hub. This is done by pressing and holding in the wps button on the right hand edge for up to 30 seconds until the led flashes. Once restarted the fault should have cleared.
