Internet connection keeps dropping out & reconnecting a few minutes later

This problem seemed to start yesterday & am having the same issue this morning

@C+Mavis run the full connection test in the My Sky app by ignoring the first result but click onnthe briadband connection test. That should tell you if Sky are aware of the fault or offer to book an engineer if tge test picks up a fault. If it does neither call Sky to report it.

 

Issues are inevitable after yesterdays heavy rain so lines may get busy.
