BB speed check fail

BB dropped out Sat night, not working.

Sky engineer came out on Monday, checked internals all OK, replaced M/Socket, and new hub installed.

However fault was external.

OR engineer came out today, found DIS in copper, remade connection, and provided end to end connectivity, however BB speed has dropped from 37Mbps down to 3Mbps.

Rechecked all connections internally, and rebooted Hub, and speed is still slow

Hi @Snakey1WG 

After a fault repair DLM (Dynamic Line management) takes around 24-48hrs to bring your speed back up. Have you checked it since yesterday to see if its any better?
