Re: BB drops out randomly
@jimag47 occasional connectivity issues can have multiple causes often not related to the line itself. The hub is designed to reconnect on its own which you can see by the lights on the hub changing see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
if the lights stay the same during one of these events then the hub is connected but the data flow is briefly interupted. If only one device is affected it is most likely an issue with the network connection on that device such as a dodgy wifi connection causing loss of a packet of data causing an issue until thst is resent.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: BB drops out randomly
@jimag47 Depending on the sky hub you have, if you are getting wan micro drop issues they may be recorded in the hub log, you do need to go look at the hub via the web manger to see the log though, NOT sure if it can be got to on a sky Max or later model's!
