I'm haveing the exact same issue drops constantly again they say its my end when clearly i can see that people are haveing same issue as myself, this is disgusting to say the least ive had 4 engineers out had master socket changed and the front changed ive had bt out to fix wires coming out of over door box ive had 2 new routers and both giving me the same problem this seems to be widespread clearly and they dont want to admit [removed], this started about 3 weeks to a month ago, and now thier saying its wifi problem and copper wires,  blaming my house lmao but yet been fine in this house since 2016, then had issues again 2021 then sorted itself out by 2022  and now this all over again I, have been with them consistantly since then this is clearly an issue their end and im at wits end im fed up of paying for lies and ridiculous excuses i will be cancelling as soon as , im supposed to have superfast my download drops to 1mb most of the time the ping is attrocious hitting like 57 and then the upload speed paying for 7000 upload and lucky if i get 4000 at most and always drops below that constantly theyl blame us again say its our houses faults and then say its router. and then blame copper wires its almost pathetic, and they wonder why their recommended has fallen dramatically over the past year disgusting service and their customer services do not know their butts from their elbows, fed up and will be going to virgin and never again look back on this [removed]

 

Tried to get into service checker on the site and i get oops something went wrong so it is definately their end , yet they refuse to acknowledge this and blame us how many customers have complained about same thing clearly loads so its a them problem not us and i refuse to pay for [removed] i dont get .

@trina31 There are NO two faults that are the same, if you do wish to post up your router stat's if you do have one off the older sky Hub's then please feel free to do so, someone will take a look see if anything stands out. Link below about how to get them! Just give it a minute to fill the data fields, then as per the sample picture that is at the bottom of that page link, capture and attach the picture!
