BB Speed not good enough

Having constant issues with BB, TV streaming clunky, my partner having issues with WFH when using the internet and other devices losing connection

@DaveH18 you can check the speed of your broadband by running the Service Checker in the My Sky app or website as Sky checks it daily. If your's click through you will see the results for the last 3 weeks and your guaranteed minimum speed. If there us a slow down the app should offer further help.

 

If the speed to the hub is OK the slow down is likely due to issues with the WiFi connection in your home. Rebooting the hub can help if the issue is interference but otherwise you may need to getvan extender which can come as part of https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
