I have the Sky Wifi Max and i'm trying to change settings for the router. It says go to the My Sky App. I have done but only see Broadband Shield and Mcafee Internet Security. What am i doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Find out more@Galdukat it sounds like Sky have not set up the a[p for you so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I can't remember exactly what i was advised to do, but it was along the lines of doing a factory reset on the sky hub and reinstall - It did work and the settings then showed in my app.

I fixed mine by deleting the app and reinstalling it.

@Samyip try that if it doesnt work you need ro call Sky to get it sorted.
