Awful WiFi and TV connection

A Sky sales person sold me TV, broadband and phone. I was with Virgin previously and never had a problem but the package with Sky just sounded better. It's now been installed and omg it's awful. TV signal drops out constantly and the screen pauses or goes to a blue page. Worst of all is the WiFi.we live on 3 floors and the router is in the middle floor. The other 2 floors get intermittent WiFi signal. This was the one thing I asked the sales guy about because with Virging we had to have PODS. Sky guy said that they would supply the same. But now I'm a customer no-one will help. In fact one guy on an online Sky chat service actually said 'the salesman probably just told you lies to get the commission '... He actually said that...

What has happened to Sky. It's appalling

Sky does offer pods and wireless booster hrdware as you can read about here:

That's right. And they promised to make them available. But now they say that the router they supplied is insufficient and I need to upgrade to max to get the pods. That's an upgrade that completely changes the pricing d the package I agreed to. Total lies throughout. And the customer service is the worst I've experienced.
