🙏 still awaiting to replace BT since the 16 th Sept- awaiting for a new Sky box / Sky connection and an engineer to call - not a good start people - I want to get rid of BT asap🤷‍♂️🙆‍♂️

@CourtneyEpps What is the confirmed by e-mail activation date that sky would have sent to you! Also sky via the OTS, then BT would have confirmed to you that your are also leaving them, that also may be by e-mail from them or you may see it in your MyBT account messages!

 

Your sky My Messages section should have all the relevant info for where you are at currently!

@CourtneyEpps from reading thst email you may never have confirmed the order as the email asks. All it says is your sign up is confirmed not the order. Go into the My orders in the My Sky app or website to checck.
