Awaiting refund

Hi

i ordered broadband  from  sky and 3 times they didnt turn up. I cancelled my order as was so appalled by the service. Despite numerous calls and promises still awaiting my refund!!

@Bevp63 if you have a credit on your account and have asked for it to be paid back to your bank that can take sometime to complete like most large companies Sky are slower at paying out than getting money in.

 

If however they havent credited you what you believe you are owed make a formal complaint see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com but given Sky should not have charged you a servicecwhich had not started and normally there are no upfront costs in ordering broadband it is unclear exactly what money you are due.
