Arlo cameras connection problem

Hello,

 

I have just bought Arlo Essential Camera and I do have a problem with connecting them to the Arlo app.

 

I have changed wi-fi to 2.4GHz as cameras only working with this and I did connect my phone/laptop to it.

 

On the router I can see that both phone/laptop and cameras are connected to wi-fi but app cannot find them.

 

I did set up the network as home network and disable the firewall as well as VPN.

 

I did try to reboot every device including cameras.

 

I still cannot connect them.

 

Any ideas what else can I do??

Hi Pezdzin. I'm having the same problem with my Arlo cameras. Did you find a sollution? Any advice that you can share with me? Thanks!
