No WiFi connection

We have such terrible connection here. Not able to download programmes on our TV or use WiFi as there is never any network connection. It's appalling and has been like this for a long time. We need someone to come and sort this out as we are paying for something we cannot use.

When you run the line test in the My Sky app, what does this show for speed & connection health etc.
