Apps running slowly

Another here with the exact same problems, tried all the things - changed randomised Mac to phone Mac, turned off ipv 6, fiddled with random things I don't understand but which have been recommended by others. It's really frustrating that the only fix appears to be a new router. This surely can't be right if so many of us are having the exact same issue. @Sky - please can you replly? It's very poor customer service so far. Deeply unimpressed.

Me also, been with sky fibre for years with the old black router never had a problem upgraded to fttp fibre and the white max router, my download speeds are showing fine but there is a massive delay in loading apps or webpages even initially loading a firestick on occasion it fails to loads and smart bulbs etc REALLY delayed in switching on and off if using the app.

I am still in the cooling off period and have cancelled the  Sky broadband. Can't cope with the incessant complaints from family members and the inability to get anywhere with Sky! Have to wait until the end of September for the swap and so am currently using my data up on my phone as can't use internet with the pc on upstairs and the sky Q. Says it all!!

Im probably also still in cooling off period had it installed about a week or so but gonna get a new router rather than have kids going mental theres no internet for a few days.
