Poor wifi/ broadband

I have recently had new internet/WiFi from yourselves. I am sturgeon with WiFi cone tion around the house. We previously had sky WiFi and everything in the house worked fine but with the new system its not good at all

A poor signal is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.


Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

I already have 3 WiFi boosters supplied by sky from previous Internet package we had

Do you pay now for the Wifi Max add on at about £6 a month ?
