New to sky bb. Trying to add BroadLink rm pro to WiFi. Needed to switch off 5ghz network as it only works with 2.4ghz. Tried in app to switch it off but when ready to switch it back on it won't respond. Toggle switch in app indicates back on but a check with router shows it is off and not even switchable from router (5ghz greyed out). Only solution is to reset router. Sky unable to help.
Has anyone experienced this/ has a solution tothe band switching?
Re the rm pro issue, still not resolved. Tried resetting broadlink, disabling 5 ghz band, lowering security level. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

@Cg35 Once the 5gHz band is off, then if your RM Pro does not connect nothing much more you can do then! you may wish to check the wireless wifi securities is also on wpa2-psk as the wpa3-t just may be an issue if using the white sky Max hub!
