@Sassysteph

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: Anyone else have issues with wifi

@Sassysteph So you are aware, pictures you post have to be approved and cleared for general viewing, until then no one see's it. Will take a look later, suspect you have a wireless wifi connection but NO Internet. Bars and the ! exclamation mark even though you have a white connected sky hub light!

Your picture has cleared and as suspected......

Re: Anyone else have issues with wifi

@Pake26 See below for you!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

Re: Anyone else have issues with wifi

Having the same issue for last few hours. SKY app says all good despite a grey circle icon. No WiFi of Ethernet. Run diagnostics and it says all is good. Going round in circles trying to get through to sky.
