Another internet puck please

I have recently reconfigured my home and am now looking to boost the signal of my internet up into the loft on the 3rd floor, would it be possible to have another puck please?

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

As @caesarome indicates the Max wireless booster hardware is a 'pod'.  A 'puck' is for viewing Sky Stream television, and will really confuse the contact centre staff.
