Does anyone know how to amend the 5GHz channel number? I need to do this to get my desktop to connect to 5GHz band. As shown below, all the options are greyed out and I can't amend them.

Will it allow you to tick the channel selection manual?

No, it won't. Everything on that entire page is read-only.

Control of the settings is within the My Sky app but I am not aware you can change the wifi channel or bandwidth from the app either. The only settings in my version of the app is to turn on or off each band or to change the Wifi security level.
What problem are you having? Do you have a second strong wifi 5GHz network in your home by any chance?

My desktop PC will only connect to the 2.4GHz channel, and every solution online says to lower their 5GHz channel to 36 or 40. I've changed the wireless adaptor, and I've also amended the settings within that adaptor, and update all the drivers. Still no luck. This is the only thing I've not tried. No other wifi signals in the house.

If the wireless card in the desktop PC is only 2.4Ghz then that is all you can use, unless you upgrade the wireless card to 5 GHz in the desktop PC.

Windows 11 will connect automatically to the strongest but not always the fastest signal
I have had to turn off and the back on my wireless adaptor to get it to reconnect if it connects with the 2.4ghz signal as it's a fifth of the 5ghz speed

Find out more@DFearnley if its an older wifi card designated as supporting up to 802.11n it may not support the higher frequency channels the SR213 supports. The only way to change the wifi channel your hub chooses is I suspect by rebooting the hub and hoping it chooses the ch36 to ch52 range.
Do you have any of Sky's pod extenders as they also auto-select wifi channel? The problem with modern kit they tend not to be fully backward compatable with older kit. Buying a new wifi card might be the only solution unfortunately..
