My internet light is amber and I called and they said there is fault. could take 5 days to fix

Find out more@Scottyc95 unfortunately it is quite likely that an area fault can take 5 days to fix especially at the moment due to the backlog generated by the holiday and the recent bad weather Openreach engineers are very busy. However you should be due compensation if it isnt fixed by Monday see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
