Amber light on internet
I am trying to connect internet on wifi. For last 2 hours it's not turn on. Always amber light shown. I checked wifi test but it also says we cam working at the moment. So you guys not provide survice on Sunday how can i trust you . **bleep** take your wifi and give my money back😡🤬

@King_pstel you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.
Sky's phone lines will be open by 8am for you to report the fault but Openreach whose network Sky and many other isps use do not work on domestic lines over the weekend. If you want/need a higher service level you can buy it from business providers but be prepared to pay several times more.
If the fault is not fixed within 2 working days you will be due compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com other isps have similar policies.
