Hi All,
I can confirm that the procedure listed by @JoGjo worked for me as I had 2 different Echo devices which had the same issue. Follow the process as detailed and the device should work.

Mine is now doing the same thing, however the username - admin and password - sky is coming up as incorrect! Have a read this wrong?

Hi there,
It's the sky broadband hub and I was entering username as admin & password from my sky card.

Thank you for this solution, didn't work when I changed the settings as desribed but after rebooting the rooter post the changes it worked. Thank you for this, much appreciated

I have upgraded to Sky Fibre - about two weeks ago - and got all my Echo devices to connect - now every morning none of the lights/plugs are responding - but then later in the day they all work correctly again - any ideas? Thanks
