@Miss+baeckeDoes it say anything in track orders in my account to say anything different or have you had any texts to say there is going to be a delay and to contact Sky?

It doesn't say anything on track just that due to go live on the 14th dec

@Miss+baeckeSo this is part of a home move that you told Sky about before moving? This is only for your broadband to be moved and no other services from Sky?
